By creating an account or using RT AI Distribution, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI Music Policy and the Copyright & Takedown Policy.

2. The service

RT AI Distribution, powered by Record Tunes, provides music distribution workflows for eligible AI-generated and independent music. Account registration, artist roster management, catalog preparation and release submission are open in preview. Store ingestion and live platform delivery commence upon rights verification and distribution partner confirmation.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Account types (Artist or Label) and profile limits depend on your plan.

4. Rights and eligibility

You confirm that you hold or control all rights needed to distribute each release, including permissions from AI tools, contributors and any third-party material. All releases remain subject to rights verification, content eligibility, review and distribution-partner requirements.

5. Fees and payments

• Single Release: ₹199 per release.
• Artist Unlimited: ₹499 per month. Multi-Artist: ₹799 per month.
• Unlimited Artist & Label: ₹1,299 per month or ₹2,999 per year.

6. Review and distribution

We may review, delay, reject or remove any release that does not meet our policies or distribution-partner requirements. Submission does not guarantee distribution or availability on any specific platform.

7. Royalties and payouts

8. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting content you lack the rights to, or that impersonates a real person's voice or likeness.
• Fraud, artificial streaming or misleading metadata.
• Unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
• Interfering with the service or accessing it in unauthorised ways.

9. Licence to distribute

You keep ownership of your music. You grant us and our distribution partners the non-exclusive rights needed to deliver, store and make your release available as part of the service: [to confirm: scope and territory].

10. Takedown and termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, artificial streaming, or valid infringement claims. Under our voluntary takedown policy, releases delivered to digital platforms remain active for an initial term of two (2) years to preserve catalog integrity across digital streaming services. Artists may request voluntary takedown after this 2-year period. Legitimate exceptions where earlier takedowns are processed without fee include: verified copyright ownership disputes, valid legal or statutory orders, or demonstrable breach of third-party licenses.
